2020 Petworth Festival Special
The organisers of Petworth Festival have announced that the 2020 Petworth Festival is moving from its usual summer slot to the longer autumn evenings running between Friday 16 October and Sunday 1 November to include the 10th Anniversary Literary Week – Live On Line! This 2020 Petworth Festival Special will be a special online mix ‘for 2020 only’ of stellar performances and literary events. The full line-up will be announced in early August.
Additionally, to mark the original summer Festival dates, between 7.30pm on Tuesday 14 July and midnight on Saturday 1 August, at any point you will be able to catch an online concert being specially recorded in St Mary’s Church. This will be a three part mini-celebration that features two remarkable sets of students from the Royal Academy of Music and one of Petworth Festival’s all-time favourite performers, the piano genius, Harry the Piano. Each will give short performances to remind us of the wonderful chemistry between live music and our beautiful ‘home’ venue. This will be available to all through the Festival’s website.
